As soon as Ninefold was up and running in 2017, the team starting laying down casks of their scratch distilled Scottish Rum. There were a number of casks that were special, as they were made from Scottish Oak, felled on the estate in which the distillery sits. Scottish Rum, matured in Scottish Oak casks. Ed Bell Design worked with Ninefold to tell this story through premium packaging that reflected the consideration given to this rum. The first ten bottles were presented in a hand-crafted wooden box, made from the same oak as the casks and engraved with illustrations by Scottish artist Judith Wild. The rest of the cask was packaged in a premium carton with foiled detailing of the illustrations and Ninefold branding. Those packs also included a small souvenir of the Scottish Oak too.
